For information about the winery-supported consumer movement to improve wine direct shipping laws, visit www.freethegrapes.org.

When you place an order with Zero 815 Winery you accept the following Wine Purchase and Shipping Terms: You affirm that you are 21 years of age or older and that you are complying with the direct shipment laws in your area to the best of your knowledge, including any volume limits; You authorize Zero 815 Winery to charge your credit card for the purchase, including applicable taxes and shipping costs; You understand that shipping rates are estimated and may vary from the stated rate at the time of payment. No refunds will be offered for damages or delays caused by acts of nature or inclement weather.

Temperature Extremes
Wine is perishable. Wine does not like extremes of temperature: hot humid summer and cold winter weather may adversely affect the condition of your wine during shipment. Zero 815 Winery is not responsible for and will not replace wine that is damaged by extreme weather conditions during shipment. When your wine order is picked up by the common carrier for delivery, responsibility for the wine becomes the responsibility of the purchaser.

Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 3 business days of receipt. Please allow 5-10 business days for ground delivery unless otherwise stated. To ensure that the quality of your wine is not comprised all shipments are made on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday. Freight and taxes are calculated at the end of the online ordering process. At this time we do not ship wine outside the United States.

Required Legal Notice
All wine orders must be placed by a person 21 years of age or older. Shipper requires verification of age at the time of delivery. Failure to produce age verification forfeits the right to receive the shipment until identification is produced. The order may be held in storage at a local depot of the shipping company until appropriate identification is produced, or it may be shipped back to the winery. All associated costs will be the responsibility of and be charged to the customer. We recommend use of a business address to facilitate delivery of your purchase. No delivery to P.O. Boxes.

Return/Refund Policy

Zero 815 Winery will issue a refund for product returned, less shipping charges, due to damage or spoilage. Should you have any issues with product received, please call 830-640-2000 or email sip@zero815winery.com, so we can further assist you.
